The group is owned and managed by the 2 founders of the company who have worked together for over 15 great years in the care sector. The journey started with a simple ethos of “let’s focus on quality care and the business will look after itself”.

This simple ethos works and has allowed the group to grow organically over the last 15 years with making the right additions to the Diamond Care Homes family of care homes.

We pride ourselves on “providing quality care in homely surroundings”. This allows us and all our special caring staff to create a strong caring relationship with all our residents.

We firmly believe that any relative coming into our homes will be treated and respected in the same way we would expect our family member to be treated.

We have a zero tolerance on poor care and work very hard to ensure that this does not occur in any of our homes and if it ever does we will not tolerate it, as we say zero tolerance on poor care.

The care sector has grown and changed over the years, however our simple ethos has not and has been further enhanced with great caring initiatives.

We believe and are proud to have any family member staying at our homes, knowing that they will be looked after and cared for by our special staff.
